Custom programs NEW

Custom programs have a lull in the programmming and a liner (tag) is inserted that is specific to your station. Programs that currently have this feature are
  • FAMX_FLB5 - Family Life Blended
  • FOTF_BND1 - Boundless
  • FOTF_PI25 - Plugged-In 2min
  • FOTF_PIN5 - Plugged-In 1min
  • HRMX_ANC5 - Anchor Today
  • JMTX_JMT5 - Janet Mefferd Today
  • KFKM_KFK6 - Keys for Kids 1min
  • KFKM_PTM7 - Parent Minute
  • ROWX_IBM5 - Ignite with Barry Meguiar
Stations without their own custom liner will have a generic liner, like "Thanks for listening on this station". If you have any of these pgms and want your own liner, contact your Ambassador Advertising media rep.

If you have custom pgms, be sure to keep your UI up to date. We're always improving this feature.

If you transfer files, the UI automatically adds the custom liner for you. However, custom programs default to wav output, even if your chosen output is mp2. Your automation equipment will have to look for wav files. The Focus daily is the exception. It will follow your chosen output - mp2 or wav. If your normal output is mp2, you may want to check the Xfer all custom pgms as mp2 box in the System Info menu. That way all output will be mp2.

Custom pgms transfered via the Files/transfers menu will also have the liners added. Just like any other transfer.

Custom liners are also added during playback thru the Amr-100. You don't have to do anything special to your playlist.

Alternate custom liners - transfers

Some stations share a receiver, so they need more than one custom liner. Each receiver can have up to two alternate liners. This is handled by the Alternate custom transfer page in the Tools menu.

You need to select a local filename for the alternate transfer. Then you're all set. Whenever the 'default' custom transfer takes place, the alternate transfers will also happen.

(Sorry, alternate liners are not available for multi-part custom pgms.)

Alternate custom liners - playback

Alternate custom liners can also be scheduled for playback using your playlist using the UI's Playlist editor.
